We’ll have to watch this auction closely. I’m not sure what the market really is for the Aero… There were only around 106 made, so they are certainly ultra-rare. I am going reactivate Aero bike #2 (the lowest numbered bike still alive) soon for riding duty! It is in perfect condition and just need some new tires for it. Should be quite nice
I have #42 and could use a bit of surfacing, repair, restoration work. Rides just fine, but I would like to improve! Any recommendations for a good source of restoration?
Miguel: I believe that Aero #1 was destroyed… I will surely post pics of #2 when I get it operational again!
Runharder: Very cool! I would say the best place to get restoration info would be from James Trimble himself. If you use the contact form here on Trimble Racing (top bar) I will forward your questions to him. Very cool to here about another Aero our there!
That Aero bike looks pretty cherry! What are the specs of that thing?
Here is an Aero bike on eBay right now going for $8,999.99. Yikes! http://tinyurl.com/6rcq7m
I was looking at that too, I got to the ad by mistake. It looks real nice.
What are the estimates for it? Is 9K way over priced??
I own #096, e-mailed James but haven’t heard back yet.
bye.

hi:
You have #2? Who has number 1?
Mr. James Trimble has answered me that he will be getting back to me on the questions I had.
We should put a trace on where the bikes are, it would be a fun project.
Put up photos of Aero #2, love to see them.
